Team Mobility

Team Mobility is a division of The Orthopedic Center of St. Louis. The Orthopedic Center of St. Louis consists of ten highly specialized physicians working in the same office. Each physician has a team dedicated to their individual practice; however, each team may not necessarily have the same policies or hours. Nevertheless, they all have the same goal which is state of the art, world class patient care delivered in a friendly, respectful, prompt setting.

We strive to treat our patients with compassion and flexibility in an effort to make the process of returning you to activities as convenient as possible. Most of the feedback we get is that we are very user friendly. Dr. Krause's biggest referral source is former patients; this is something we are very proud of and hope to continue. We welcome any feedback from you either verbally or in writing (letter, email, or via patient satisfaction survey on website).

Team Mobility consists of the following staff:

John O. Krause, M.D. / Orthopedic Surgeon

Surgery of the Hip, Knee, Foot & Ankle Deformity Correction
Dr. Krause has authored numerous papers related to foot & ankle disorders.

He was the senior foot & ankle surgeon in the U.S. Air Force
until his discharge in 2005.

He was the surgery squadron commander while
deployed to Iraq in the summer of 2004.

Diana Armstrong, APN
Nurse Practitioner

Diana is an advance practice nurse who joined the practice in 2008. She oversees the administration components of our practice and handles any issues that arise. Diana works in collaboration with anesthesia, the surgery center and the patient to ensure that the patient is medically cleared for surgery. She also manages the perioperative period, facilitating preoperative and postoperative transitions. Diana assists Dr. Krause in surgery and in the office.

Patti Fires
Workers' Compensation Coordinator

Patti joined the practice in 2010 as our Workers' Compensation Coordinator. Patti is available to assist with administrative portions of the workers' treatment. Contact Patti to schedule new work comp appointments and Independent Medical Evaluations ( IME's ), authorize tests, procedures and/or surgeries, and obtain work status information and office notes and final ratings.

Michelle Beech
Medical Assistant

Michelle is a registered medical assistant who joined the practice in 2012. Michelle assists in all aspects of the practice including direct patient care, procedure and surgery pre-certification, and administrative functions.

Christy Harshaw
Medical Assistant

Christy is a medical assistant who joined our practice in 2010. Christy assists in all aspects of the practice including direct patient care, procedure and surgery pre-certification, and administrative functions.

Tricia Downing
Billing Specialist

Bill Kennedy
Director of Practice Development

Bill is our Practice Development Director. Bill has been with the practice since 2009 and comes to us with excellent marketing and customer service skills. Bill is responsible for referral relations, making sure that your experience with our practice is pleasant and efficient.
